Terms of Use

Last updated November 1, 2026. Effective November 1, 2026.

The rules for using Aura, including how Aura Unlimited subscriptions bill and renew.

Agreeing to these terms

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and YESH Studios LLC (“we”, “us”), 142 W 57 ST, New York, NY 10019, United States. They cover the Aura: Chat Simulator Game app (“Aura”) and this website. By using Aura you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use Aura.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Aura is a game with AI characters

Every character, situation and mentor in Aura, including Casanova and Lorelai, is generated by AI and is fictional. They aren’t real people, and any resemblance to a real person is a coincidence. Chats are labeled as AI.

AI can get things wrong. A character might say something odd, or react in a way a real person wouldn’t. Scores and mentor feedback are the game’s read on a practice chat, not a verdict on you.

Aura is for practice and fun. It isn’t dating, relationship, career, legal, HR, financial, medical or mental health advice, and we can’t promise how a real conversation will go.

If a chat brings up self harm, abuse or a crisis, Aura pauses the scene and shows support resources. Aura isn’t a crisis service. If you or someone else is in danger, contact your local emergency services.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use Aura. You can play some chats as a guest. To keep your progress and play more, you’ll sign in with Apple, Google or email. Give accurate details, keep your sign in secure and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. An account is for one person, and you’re responsible for what happens on it.

Free and paid features

Each track opens with free lessons, and signed in players get a free chat every day. Aura Unlimited, our paid subscription, opens every level in every live track, gives you the full debrief after every level and lets you run any chat back from any message.

Paying never buys aura points, badges, wins or score. We may add, change or remove tracks, characters and features over time.

Aura Unlimited subscriptions

Aura Unlimited is an optional auto-renewing subscription with two plans:

PlanPriceFree trial
Weekly$7.99 per weekNone
Yearly$59.99 per year7 days, for new subscribers

Prices are in US dollars and may vary by country. The app shows your local price before you buy.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. On the Yearly plan with a free trial, payment is charged when the trial ends.
  • Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price of your plan.
  • If you cancel at least 24 hours before the free trial ends, you won’t be charged.
  • Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple Account settings. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Apple’s guide covers other devices.
  • When you cancel, you keep Aura Unlimited until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Deleting the app or your Aura account doesn’t cancel the subscription.
  • Apple handles refunds under its own policies. You can ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • If you change phones or reinstall Aura, use Restore Purchases in Profile to get your subscription back.

Apple’s license terms

Aura is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to that agreement. If the two conflict on your license to use the app, Apple’s agreement wins.

Apple isn’t a party to these terms and isn’t responsible for Aura, its content or its support. That’s on us.

Acceptable use

Aura only works if it stays a good place to practice. When you use it, don’t:

  • use it to plan or rehearse harassing, threatening, stalking or deceiving real people,
  • type in other people’s private information, such as their contact details or address,
  • try to push characters into explicit sexual content, or any content that sexualizes children,
  • break the law, or use Aura to write spam, scams or messages meant to mislead someone,
  • try to get around paywalls or limits, or try to make the AI reveal or ignore its instructions,
  • copy, scrape, reverse engineer or overload the app or its servers, or access it with bots or scripts,
  • share, sell or rent out your account, or pretend to be someone else.

If you break these rules, we may limit or close your account.

Your messages and our content

The messages you write are yours. You give us permission to store and process them, and to send them to the providers named in our Privacy Policy, so Aura can run: to generate replies, scores and feedback, to keep you safe and to review reports. We don’t use your chats to train AI models.

Everything else in Aura belongs to us or our licensors, including the characters, scenarios, artwork, the Aura name and logo, and the app itself. You can use feedback and share cards from Aura for your own personal use.

Deleting your account

You can stop using Aura at any time. To delete your account and your data, go to Profile, then Privacy and data, then Delete account in the app. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel your Apple subscription, so cancel that separately.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or if we need to in order to protect other people or Aura. Where it’s reasonable, we’ll tell you first. Parts of these terms that by their nature should last, such as the limits on liability, keep applying after your account ends.

Disclaimers

We work hard on Aura, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t promise that it will always be available, error free, or that AI content will be accurate or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, that come from using or not being able to use Aura. Our total liability for any claim about Aura is limited to the amount you paid for Aura in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where consumer protection law says otherwise. Any dispute will be handled by the courts located in New York, NY, unless local law requires otherwise. If you have a problem, please email us first so we can try to sort it out.
